2012 - 2014 / 72 North Church Retail Suites /

Located on one of the last oceanfront sites in the heart of George Town, this high-end retail building is the newest addition to a growing retail corridor on the way to popular 7 Mile Beach. Given the high volume of foot traffic, the building is configured to trade along North Church Street with a floor to ceiling glass façade along the road to promote high visibility to passing pedestrian and automobile traffic.

This project is the result of long period of rigorous retail design and research, which broke ground soon after the world-wide recession. The building is designed at every scale and addresses the aesthetic, technical and programmatic issues providing a good-value retail building for the developer client. As well as offering good retail spaces, the project is careful with energy use and fortified for hurricane security.
